Terms of Service

-MY ART IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED ON , FOR OR BY AI
-Complexity increases the price. Complexity can be a matter of detailing, perspective or poses.
-Weapons increase the price.
-A character without a previous clear design will add a % to the original price.
-I am free to reject a commission.
-No refounds after I send the first WIP.
-Deadline increases the price if I find it convenient.
-Every extra character costs the same as a base one.
-Not taking: Zoophilia, NSFW without consent, pedohpilia, mechas and landscapes.
-Sketch style doesn't allow pose changes after the pose sketch is accepted.*
-Detail changes after the final sketch is accepted.*
-Colour changes after the base colour is shown are accepted.*
-Any changes out of those 3 previous points will have extra cost.
-*Costs will be added if they're 3 or more changes.
-I am free to take my time. Any pushy behaviour will be warned up to a maximum of 3 times. Then, the commission will be automatically cancelled. If it went farther than the sketch, no refounds.SLOT SAVING CONDITIONS
-A 30-50% of the final price will be paid as a deposit when the spots gets prepurchased.
-The deposit % is NOT an extra to the base price. It's just part of it.
-If the commissioner doesn't pay the rest of the commission in a month since the 1st payment, I'll keep the deposit and they won't be able to ask for the commission.
-I WILL NOT start the commission until it's fully paid, except on big ones with previous agreement of partial payments.
